Couture Sewing Course - Tailoring Techniques (on site in Moers)

In our Couture Sewing Courses on the topic of "Techniques," you will learn special tailoring and processing techniques. We offer two options:

Technique Course (on request)

You will learn a specific high-quality working technique that we, as tailors, use, e.g., inserting zippers, hand stitches such as: blind stitch, felling stitch, prick stitch, hand buttonholes, and much more.

You should already be able to sew at a good level, but you don't need any special prior knowledge. The course takes place with 2 people in Moers and lasts approx. 4 hours. Dates and topics by arrangement.

Cost: 160 € per person

Technique Workshop (on Saturday)

You will learn special tailoring techniques used in bespoke tailoring, e.g., piped pockets, hand buttonholes, piped buttonholes, collar shapes, loops, fasteners, decorative techniques, and much more.

The course takes place as needed, Saturdays from 11 am to 5 pm with 2 people in Moers and lasts approx. 5 hours. You decide which technique you want to learn in this course! We are happy to accommodate your wishes.

Cost: 195 € per day/person

We work in my fully equipped bespoke tailoring workshop in Moers. You only need to bring the fabric or you can purchase it from me at a reduced price beforehand. Of course, you can also bring your own familiar sewing machine. The courses take place by arrangement.

We will provide you with delicious pastries, coffee, espresso or tea during the course. On request, you will receive a certificate of participation, and you may be able to claim this course as a professional development expense for tax purposes.
