Couture Sewing Class - Pattern Drafting and Pattern Adjustment (on-site in Moers)

In our couture sewing courses on "pattern cutting", you will learn to design and adapt your personal made-to-measure pattern. We offer two options:

Made-to-measure pattern and pattern adaptation course

We will create your basic pattern and show you how to make the necessary adjustments. Together, we will make a toile twice, and at the end of the course, you will take your made-to-measure pattern home with you. The course takes place with 2 people in Moers and lasts approx. 7 hours.

Costs: €280 per day/person for 2 people

Sewing and pattern cutting workshops

You will tailor your own clothes and learn pattern adaptation and processing techniques. We will work in a small group of 2 people in Moers over several days to create your very own made-to-measure piece. In the first part, we will adapt your personal basic pattern. In the second part, we will process your fabric into your made-to-measure piece. You will learn the processing techniques of bespoke tailors. Parts 1 and 2 of the course can be booked independently of each other.

Costs: €280 per day/person for 2 to 3 people

€380 individual supervision per day

We work in my fully equipped bespoke tailor's shop in Moers. You only need to bring the fabric or you can buy it at a reduced price in the studio beforehand. Of course, you can also bring your own familiar sewing machine. The courses take place by arrangement.

We will provide you with delicious pastries, coffee, espresso or tea and a delicious lunch during the course. Upon request, you will receive a certificate of attendance, and can potentially claim this course as a tax-deductible professional development expense.
